Job Description
- Design and implement end-to-end factory processes for manufacturing and quality
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful NPI and MP phases
- Develop standard operating procedures and quality management systems
- Recruit, train, and lead factory teams to achieve operational goals
- Continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing or quality management, with factory setup experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and international teams
- Expertise in process design and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
