Oversee office administration, maintain corporate records and coordinate procurement procedures
Implement governance policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Manage insurance applications, contract and legal agreements
Support grant applications, certifications and tracking of performance indicators
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Oversee organisation's governance frameworks and compliance obligations
Manage the workflow for the Board and its committees (e.g. Finance, Audit, Investment), including scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, preparing updates, and recording minutes
Support organisational reviews, audits, and the continuous improvement of governance processes and practices
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related discipline
At least 3 years relevant experience in corporate administration and governance
Prior experience in trade associations, business chambers or charities would be an advantage
