Regional Operations Governance & Analytics Associate Director/Director (Asset Management)

Our client is a leading global Asset Manager, they are looking for a Regional Operations Governance & Analytics Associate Director/Director, supporting operations oversight across multiple markets in Asia.

This role sits at the intersection of investment operations, operational risk, vendor governance, and data analytics. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance frameworks, oversee strategic third-party providers, develop operational dashboards and KPIs, identify risks and trends, and drive process improvement initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional vendor governance and service provider oversight
• Develop management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and operational insights
• Monitor operational risk, controls, incidents, audits, and remediation activities
• Support senior management forums, governance committees, and executive reporting
• Drive operational excellence, automation, standardisation, and process improvement initiatives across markets

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in investment operations, operational governance, operational risk, business management, or operational analytics within financial services
• Strong understanding of asset management operations and outsourced operating models
• Experience building dashboards, management information, and executive reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within regional environments
• Exposure to transformation, automation, and operational improvement projects is highly desirable
