Key responsibilities
- Assist in the overall project management lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, in collaboration with the Operations Director.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials, and services required for project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About you
- Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Exhibition and Events industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work output.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
