Most operations leaders in this space inherit a machine that already runs itself. This is the opposite. You would be building the delivery engine for a proven European data centre specialist as it scales across APAC, with the autonomy to set how projects get delivered rather than administering someone else's process.

You sit directly alongside the VP for the region, so decisions get made in a conversation rather than through three layers of committee. The scope is genuinely broad. Manpower planning, supply chain, logistics, commercial control, HSE and the client relationship all sit with you, which is unusual for a role at this level and hard to find once you have grown past single project delivery.

The market backdrop does the rest. APAC data centre demand is not slowing, and this business already has the European track record, client relationships and delivery standards to win the work. What it needs is someone to make regional delivery repeatable and profitable. Get that right and you own the operational blueprint for a region that is only going to get bigger, with the team you build under you.

What you'll do

Lead regional operational and project delivery activity across data centre projects in APAC. Working alongside the Executive Vice President (APAC), you'll be accountable for operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability and sustainable growth.

Provide both strategic and hands-on leadership across project operations, manpower planning, subcontractor management, logistics, materials, HSE, quality, commercial control and the customer interface, so that projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard.

What you'll need

Extensive operations, construction or engineering experience, ideally within data centres or a comparable technically demanding sector

Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and operational teams

Commercially astute, with a strong grasp of project delivery, scheduling and cost control
