We're looking for an Operations & Delivery Manager to take ownership of campaign delivery, alumni performance, and operational standards across multiple markets.
What success looks like
- Campaigns launch smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes
- Alumni are well-managed, high-performing and accountable
- Reporting is accurate and trusted by university partners
- Systems and processes are structured, scalable and controlled
- Operational risks are identified early not after the fact
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across nurture and conversion projects
- Manage and develop our global alumni network
- Oversee data integrity, platform usage, and reporting accuracy
- Drive operational improvements across systems (Airtable / Softr)
- Identify performance gaps and implement structured solutions
- Support onboarding and oversight of junior operations staff
You'll likely have
- 5+ years in operations, delivery, or project management
- Experience managing distributed teams or contractor networks
- Strong systems thinking and comfort with data
- Confidence owning outcomes not just tasks
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A UK degree or experience studying overseas (strongly preferred)
- Experience in education, recruitment, or international markets (preferred)
