Job Summary
The Logistics Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing transportation operations across Asia Pacific markets through data-driven insights and technology-enabled solutions. This role focuses on operational analytics, system monitoring, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of logistics domain knowledge and IT/technical expertise (SQL, dashboards, automation), with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- s.Track inbound shipment status and manage cross-functional expedite requests through system-driven workflow
- s.Analyze operational data using SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitie
- s.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service level
- s.Lead root cause analysis for operational issues and implement data-driven corrective action
- s.Manage and resolve escalations using structured problem-solving and system insight
- s.Collaborate with transportation service providers and internal tech/operations teams to improve processes and system integratio

Minimum Qualificati
- onsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related fie
