About the Role Join the Uber Eats Mart team to help build and scale our on-demand grocery delivery business. As an Operations Coordinator, you will drive business growth by turning complex data into strategic insights and executing high-impact projects. This is a ground-floor opportunity in a fast-paced environment where your work directly influences demand strategy, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. What You Will Do
- Analyze business data and customer demand to deliver strategic recommendations and build performance dashboards
- Own high-impact analytics projects end-to-end, including problem structuring, execution, and stakeholder management
- Plan, deploy, and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns using A/B testing and experimental analysis
- Identify process inefficiencies across the team and adjacent functions, and drive systematic improvements
- Partner with the team to initiate innovative events and independently implement operational changes
- Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, journey mapping, deployment, and performance tracking
- Develop and iterate on communication assets, ensuring promotional copy and design align with brand voice and maximize engagement Basic Qualifications
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to analyze business data (e.g., customer segmentation) and apply sound business judgment
- Medium English proficiency with strong communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience managing customer databases and a solid understanding of CRM workflows Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced analytics or visualization tools such as Presto SQL or VBA
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative, data-backed solutions
- Strong communication design skills, including drafting compelling campaign messaging and visual layouts
