Operations Associate, COO Office

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to join our operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in the asset management industry, enjoy working across functions, and want to develop practical experience in financial operations and AI-enabled process improvement within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO team in daily operational matters, including meeting documentation and file management

• Coordinate communications and information exchange with banks, securities firms, and other external business partners

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to improve daily workflows, including report automation, data consolidation, document summarization, and email drafting

• Assist in preparing supporting materials for regulatory compliance and filings with supervisory authorities

• Participate in internal process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy

• Provide support for cross-functional projects and other operational matters handled by the COO team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• One to two years of professional experience; experience in financial institutions, accounting firms, or securities companies is preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn and apply them to reporting automation, data analysis, and process improvement

• Basic knowledge of financial products such as equities, futures, options, and foreign exchange is a plus

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written communication skills

• Strong interest in the asset management industry and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment
