ties• Analyse and validate logistics and supply chain costs, including BSC and DAP-related transact

ions• Cross-check and verify invoices against operational data before submission to Fin

ance• Ensure accuracy of cost entries to support proper billing and payment proce

sses• Perform reconciliation between operational records and financial

data• Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to investigate and resolve discrepan

cies• Handle large datasets using Excel for reporting and anal

ysis• Prepare reports and provide insights to support operational decision-ma

king• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in processes and propose improvem

ents• Provide regular communication, reporting, and updates to the Head of Operat

ions
Require

ments• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related

field• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, finance support, or data-related

roles• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Table, Lookup, and data han

dling• Experience in invoice validation, reconciliation, cost checking, or data verific

ation• Comfortable working with large dat

asets• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mi

ndset• Good analytical and communication s

kills• Proficient in English, both spoken and wr
