Tasks
What you'll do:
- Calculate and plan aircraft load distribution per regulations (GOM)
- Optimize cargo onload for volume and weight
- Prepare flight documents, customs permits, arrival/departure notifications
- Brief and supervise GHA on loading/unloading sequences
- Issue loadsheets, complete Notoc, dispatch operational messages
- Maintain traffic reports, coordinate station activities and suppliers
- Check ULD (Unit Load Device) airworthiness and ramp cleanliness
- Monitor equipment, staff, and report irregularities
- Ensure secure loading and ramp safety, sign instructions
- Support crew (briefings, catering, hotel bookings)
- Adhere to safety, quality, and security procedures
- Assist supervisors, perform cargo handling, and load master duties as needed
- Report incidents, ensure compliance with all standards
- Support staff management, provide feedback to GHA management
Requirements
The ideal candidates should meet following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education diploma
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; prior airfreight handling and operations experience preferred
- Must possess a legal work permit in Taiwan
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient computer skills
- Comprehensive understanding of local customs regulations
- Possession of a clean and valid driving license
