Key Responsibilities

  • Validate client enrollment data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to confirm that enrollment details, coverage information, and premium amounts are accurate and aligned between all parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, client service) to resolve enrollment-related issues and support client requests.
  • Has the potential of developing skills of creating automation flows

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Proficient in Excel formulas, including SUMIF, COUNTIF, lookup functions, and text mining formulas.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large volumes of data.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with insurers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.
  • 2 years of health insurance related experience is a plus
