Operation Officer, Estate Management

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cleaning and pest control operations in both terminal and outdoor areas
• Coordinate and manage service agreements for cleaning consumables, fire and safety equipment, and other facility-related services
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain standards to ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on facility enhancement and improvement projects
• Arrange ad hoc resilience measures for cleaning operations and building management to minimize disruptions to airport operations during contingencies
• Perform contract administration duties, including payment processing, budget monitoring, and cost control
• Conduct on-site audits and review reports to ensure quality control and service standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed associate degree or higher diploma with at least 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years work experience will also be considered
• Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years work experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee
• A good team player with pleasant personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Holder of valid HK driving license with Class 1 endorsement is preferred
