Support real time baggageoperation including monitoring and control of Baggage HandlingSystems (BHS) to maintain a smooth baggage flow
Monitor and manage Autonomous Electric Tractor (AET) operations
Liaise with baggage service and maintenance contractors, ramp handling agents andAVSECOon real time baggage handling arrangements
Implement contingency measures to contain and mitigate any possible operation impact inthe event of failure in the BHS
Prepare daily flight schedule update and resources allocation plan
Perform safety inspection and traffic enforcement
Conduct operational audits to ensure the service performance
Required to work on shift duties (including overnight shift duties)
Requirement
Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed associate degree or higher diplomawithminimum 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4years work experience will also be considered
Associate degree / higher diploma or secondary education level with only 2 years workexperience will be considered as Operation OfficerTrainee
Possess a valid HK driving license with Class 2 endorsement is preferred
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented, able to work independently and underpressure
Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is anadvantage
