Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
• Plan manpower deployment and work schedules to ensure sufficient staffing.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal departments on delivery schedules and operational matters.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety (WSH), security and company policies.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies and customer complaints.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure proper housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes.
• Experience with WMS, ERP or SAP systems will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
