We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract. In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to both our Retail boutiques and Wholesale partners in the Taiwan market, ensuring seamless daily operations and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities Product & Logistics Coordination
- Support product allocation processes and coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery across channels. Wholesale Partner Support
- Handle daily operational requests from retailers, including but not limited to strap size exchanges, warranty card applications, and spare parts replenishment. Boutique Retail Support
- Address boutique operational needs, including product and spare parts requests, and facilitate system issue reporting through IT ticketing systems. Customer Service & Product Inquiry
- Assist with product information inquiries and support customer service-related requests to ensure a premium brand experience.
