Job Responsibility
- Coordinate and potentially lead operational excellence opportunities across functions in production, including quality and maintenance, to identify, analyze, and prioritize.
- To support the production team for engaging the shopfloor, Point Kaizen activities, including promotion, submission tracking, and the review and awarding programs.
- To support operation leaders in organizing continuous improvement initiatives, such as the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) forum.
- To support operation leaders updated on corporate operational excellence content and best practices, incorporate relevant innovations into the organization's processes, and collaborate with operation leaders to align PMO initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Lead implementation project to eliminate shopfloor non-value-added activities by using Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes such as 5S, VSM, and Standard Work.
- Potentially to be an operational excellence leader after a few years prove successful records on the shopfloor execution.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or engineering related.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in manufacturing, shopfloor engagement/hands-on and/or process improvement (Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer), with an environment of Lean and Six Sigma.
- Good English communication capability to effectively present and join global meetings.
- Green Belt, Black Belt, or any Lean and Six Sigma Equivalent Certification is a plus.
