[About the Role]

This role is the BU Manager for the Mobile channel sales and field management program in Taiwan. You will be responsible for Client's hardware business success, managing end-to-end program delivery through seamless execution, strong client engagement, and effective people management. As the single point of contact for Client, you will oversee daily operations, guide the Smollan team, and coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and Client stakeholders to ensure deliverable outcomes.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Collaborate directly with the Client CSA Lead to drive and implement Client's strategic planning initiatives. Ensure rigorous adherence to operational standards and consistently deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with Client's strategic priorities.
  • Lead the full operations team of 15+ members, guiding and motivating them to deliver high performance and developing the team's career future to build a great team for long-term success.
  • Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, purchase order tracking, and invoice validation, with accuracy and accountability.
  • Support account P&L management by monitoring cost utilization, reporting financial performance, and ensuring timely and accurate partner payments.
  • Lead vendor coordination and negotiations, managing relationships with external partners to ensure high service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Smollan teams (HR, Finance, Operations) and external Client teams (Sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless alignment and delivery.
  • Leverage market insights to identify opportunities, enhance retail performance, and translate learnings into actionable innovations.

[Qualifications]

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in sales operation and account management, coupled with a proven track record of achievement.
  • The candidate must possess an extensive professional network and deep industry knowledge within the mobile and telecommunications sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
  • A strong passion for retail innovation and the development of scalable operational solutions.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage but not required.
