Jey Technical Requirements:

• Role: OpenShift Software Engineer
• 10+ years of software engineering experience or demonstrated deeper experiencesetting up infrastructure and tools that enable scalable, secure, and efficientsoftware development and deployment. You'll work closely with TechnicalDelivery Manger, Development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure platformreliability and performance
• Must have recent working experience in managing OpenShift (OCP) environments in enterprise‑scale production deployments for at least 5+ years.
• 3+ years experience with containerization and orchestration tools - Docker, Kubernetes is a must
• Hands‑on experience within frastructure setup and sizing, performance tuning, and capacity assessmentfor AI workloads.
• Relevant experience in Banking & Financial Services IT is required
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines andinfrastructure automation.
• Experience supporting Oracle Database from an application infrastructure perspective.
• Practical knowledge of certificate management,secrets management, and key handling.
• Strong background in security, vulnerabilitymanagement, and compliance controls.
• Proven experience designing and implementing DRinfrastructure for mission‑critical platforms.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services andhybrid cloud integrations.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills to workacross Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams.
