Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Data Collection and Analysis:
Partner with the shop team to collect and analyze shop floor data (e.g., escalations, gate TAT, rework/reject trends, material shortages)
Perform trend analysis to address inefficiencies and identify areas for improvement.
Develop dashboard and present weekly summary to CTP.
Collaborate with CTP to enhance workflows, minimize waste, and improve cycle times.
Support CTP in diagnosing and resolving shop floor issues effectively.
Facilitate communication between Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply chain.
Assist CTP in executing escalation mitigation trials for special procedures (including repair schemes, alternative tooling validation).
Work alongside CTP to identify opportunities for creating localized work instructions and checklists to streamline processes.
Collect, follow up, and coordinate shop resources.
Coordinate with Planning, Tooling, Material tooling and escalate overdue items impacting TAT.
Review induction EWT Workscope prior to induction
Validate material availability, LLP status, SB incorporation requirements.
Prepare induction documentation and forms.
- Track GEEVES SF Case Trends:
Analyze and categorizes SF case data and identify recurring technical issues, high-frequency modules and process related escalations.
Develop monthly trend reports.
Work Experience
Technical Skills:
- Basics of Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Knowledge of Gas Turbine engine theory and aviation maintenance regulations and documentation is an advantage.
- Mandatory to speak and communicate in Mandarin and English languages.
Experience
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Aviation industry or MRO shop is preferred.
