Online Marketing & E-Commerce Sales Executive
Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
Location: Singapore (East)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and operate e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
- Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Manage social media content and online advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platform tools.
- Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
