OI Application Solutions Manager

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Fab application solutions to ensure outstanding operational efficiency.
Partner with SMAI, WW Stakeholders, IT software groups, and area managers to optimize system performance and meet Fab needs.
Drive a culture of project management by providing resources, removing barriers, and managing projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Develop and manage a high-performing team through clear expectations, accountability, and professional development.
Communicate customer expectations and collaborate with global OI networks to identify and implement best-known methods.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field with 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Proven expertise in coordinating complex projects and leading teams to successful outcomes.
Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse collaborators.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field with 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience in developing and maintaining advanced data analytical tools and applications.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within an organization.
Knowledge of Micron policies and close partnership with HR for team development.
