Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Taiwan market to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and develop key accounts across various channels, including Hyper, Super, PCS, and CVS, while ensuring effective in-store execution, inventory management, and promotional activities.
- Lead channel development and expansion across modern trade and retail distribution networks.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and annual business plans with customers, while monitoring sales performance, pricing strategies, and market competitiveness.
- Build and develop the sales team, while establishing effective sales processes and management practices to support sustainable business growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional and Regional teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of business initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience managing modern trade and retail channels, with experience in Costco Taiwan preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Demonstrated hands-on execution and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to a fast-growing and evolving organization.
- Willingness and ability to build processes and teams from the ground up, with the ability to translate strategies into effective execution.
- Strong understanding of Taiwan's retail market and distribution dynamics.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Regional and cross-functional teams.
