Policy Administration Officer/Senior Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality policy servicing support related to various policy changes for Individual Financial Products. This role also contributes to service enhancement initiatives and projects that drive sales campaigns and
advance digitalization efforts to meet customer expectations.
Position Responsibilities:
Process all types of policy changes for individual insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
Handle complex policy administration requests with proactive follow-up to customers and distribution channels.
Act as an expert in handling agent/clie nt special requests, providing value-added solutions and alternatives.
Develop and implement workflows and procedures to enhance after-sales services.
Assist the manager in ensuring service quality, accuracy and professionalism across the team.
Participate in service improvement initiatives and various projects aimed at supporting sales campaigns and enhancing digital services to meet evolving customer needs.
Deliver outstanding policy service to VIP group customers and distribution channels.
Provide services offered to ManulifePro prestige advisors and handle special requests or questions from management.
Collaborate with offshore teams to accelerate and execute the rollout of various customer transactions and new service functions. Facilitate the delivery of overall service levels, particularly focusing on turnaround times and accuracy commitments.
