The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with professional accounting qualification and membership in a recognised professional accountancy body
- at least 3 years (for Officer) / 5 years (for Senior Officer) of post qualification experience in sizable organisations preferably in the public sector, statutory organisations, public services or NGOs
- solid knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, compliance requirements, and financial reporting practices
- strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- hands on experience with accounting systems experience in ERP, Business Intelligence (BI), AI initiatives, electronic banking or other financial systems will be an advantage
- proven ability or exposure to driving process improvement and enhancing operational efficiency
- strong sense of responsibility, integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently, with good people and stakeholder management skills and
- excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing).

Duties include
- manage, oversee and / or supervise daily financial operations and transactions, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- support and prepare financial reporting, management accounts, audit schedules and related audit tasks
- provide professional support in financial forecasting, budgeting, planning, business planning and day to day financial advisory matters
- prepare management reports and analyses, including variance analysis, trend reviews and comparisons, for senior management's decision making
- act as a business partner to proactively provide advice and take actions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- support or lead the enhancement, development and implementation of ERP, BI, AI initiatives, electronic banking systems and other finance related systems and procedures
- perform company secretariat works,
- undertake compliance control, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure proper implementation of updated regulations, policies and internal control procedures and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
