ðŸ Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Cable Team operates in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Authorize and release SWIFT payment messages accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor fund availability in RTGS and Repo usage, ensuring smooth settlement operations
- Track throughput ratios (HKD / USD / CNY) and ensure compliance with HKMA requirements
- Prepare end-of-day reconciliation reports and coordinate with internal teams for accurate reconciliation
- Manage distribution of incoming SWIFT messages to appropriate stakeholders
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and operational drills
- Handle ad hoc tasks and operational assignments as required
✅ Requirements
- High attention to detail, particularly in handling payment figures and transactions
- Telecommunication experience will be highly preferred Familiar with communication room workflow e.g. HKICL, RTGS, eMBT, repo, throughput ratio
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
