Officer - Leasing (Marketing)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager to organise and implement mall marketing campaign and PR events
• Liaise with both stakeholders and agencies to create all-rounded marketing collaterals
• Solicit supports from potential partners and stakeholders for joint promotion
• Prepare related reports and conduct relevant analysis
• Coordinate with different business units, tenants and external parties for smooth execution and high level of quality on all marketing activities
• Casual leasing management
• Marketing budget / expense monitoring with quotation and invoices handling

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid marketing experience
• Experience with property developers or event agencies is an advantage
• Creative, responsible and good marketing sense
• Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and good Chinese Proficiency
• Work on weekends and Public Holidays for events when necessary
