Intermediaries Contact Center aims to provide universal life administration support to agency force, including Underwriting, Policy Administration and Claims.

Job Responsibilities

  • Address agency enquiries of life administration, via written correspondence, verbal conversations, and face-to-face sessions

  • Offer real case consultations, communications with operation and agency, case ownership and management until resolution

  • Engage in continuous self-development with regards to the ever-changing life administration guidelines / procedures / regulations, and educate agency force via ICC's daily operation

  • Bare a critical thinking mindset, provide feedback to ICC and life administration's operation, in order to enhance its overall quality and efficiency

  • Assist Manager for teammates training in both e-Enquiry & Virtual Meeting

Job Requirements

  • Secondary education or above

  • IIQE 1,3 & 5 is preferred

  • 5 years of customer service frontline experience

  • Experience in counter service is preferred

  • Solid experience in insurance or financial industry and knowledge in Life Insurance Operation is an advantage

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good people management skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
