Job Responsibilities
- Receive customers transferred from customer service center to brief and sell laon products
- Makes outbound promotions and sales of loan products to high-quality customers company provides
- Familiar with the professional knowledge required for the work, computer operation and understanding of the company's operating procedures and compliance with company regulations
Job Requirements
- Have basic telephone handling skills, fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese
- Clear articulation / strong learning spirit / able to bear performance pressure
- Those with any telephone experience are preferred (market research, investment promotion, business assistance, recruitment, enrollment, etc.)
- Positive attitude, ambitious, and aspiring to become a full-scale telemarketing specialist are all welcome to apply for interviews
- Computer relevant skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, Chinese typing 2050A
