Assist in executing promotional events and marketing materials for residential projects
Assist in co-ordinating with agencies and consultants to prepare marketing collaterals for new project launches
Support the sale launches
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related disciplines
1-2 years relevant experience in property industry
Strong communication skills with proficiency in both Chinese and English
Hands-on skills on PC applications
A good team player and able to work under tight schedules
