Job Description
- New to Bank account opening process. /
- Customer application and static data maintenance
- Customer account certification applicaion /
- IBG offical Letter handling
- Audit confirmaiton support ,
- System UAT support
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
- Certifications: Possess internal audit and internal control certifications
- Experience: No prior experience is required for candidates with strong learning abilities; banking experience is a plus
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse groups of people
- Problem-Solving and Initiative: Proactive in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying new approaches, potentially leveraging tools like Generative AI for account planning
- Ability to handle and process required documentation for IBG client account opening and modifications accurately and efficiently
