Officer, Airport Operations Facilitation

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on the implementation of noise mitigation measures, including administration of the Noise Quota Count (QC) Scheme, QC4 operational restrictions, noise data analysis, and computer-based noise contour modelling

• Support the team in the administration of the Building Restricted Area Assessment Scheme (BRASS) and Airport Height Restriction (AHR) matters

• Assist in airport capacity and runway slot allocation analyses through data compilation and analysis, and identification of potential constraints to enhance airfield efficiency and capacity utilisation

• Assist in the development of analytical and predictive tools and models to support operational studies and planning

• Assist in defining operational standards and requirements, and provide inputs to major airport and airfield development initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Operations Research, Mathematics, Data Science, Aviation Engineering, or related disciplines, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience

• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills, with a sound understanding of airport operations, planning, and development

• Solid knowledge of the aviation industry is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in analytical or operations research tools is an advantage

• Proficient in SQL database management and GIS applications is preferred
