Responsibilities:
Process applications and conduct vetting for the Transport Subsidy Scheme for local frontline airport staff
Provide support in audit exercises to ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines
Assist in the administration of the Labour Importation Scheme for the Transport Sector within the aviation industry, including but not limited to tracking and monitoring quota utilisation, conducting surveys, and vetting applications
Handle enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in preparing regular analyses and reports
Provide support for ad hoc assignments and assist in the delivery of new services and initiatives
Perform operational and divisional support duties as required, including franchise administration functions such as safety / operational performance review and ensuring franchisee compliance with agreement requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Airport / Transportation Management, Aviation Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Policies or other related disciplines
A minimum of 1 year's relevant experiencepreferably in sizeable organisation in aviation industry or related fields
Proficiency in data analysis tools is an advantage
Detail-oriented, proactive and creative mindset, and strong passion in aviation industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
