Role Overview
The Office Manager, Taiwan ensures smooth daily operations, maintains compliance with Taiwan and Greater China regulatory requirements, and provides administrative, operational, and marketing/event support.
What You'll Do
Office Operations & Administration
- Manage daytoday office operations including facilities, vendors, logistics, mail, equipment, workspace setup, and inventory.
- Support onboarding logistics, workplace policies, and flexible working arrangements to ensure a positive employee experience.
Regulatory Compliance
- Support Taiwan statutory compliance including tax filings, labor submissions, and company license renewals.
- Maintain company chop/seal usage logs in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with Greater China teams on crossborder compliance processes and documentation.
HR & Employee Support
- Assist with HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and wellness initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee administrative and workplace support needs.
Events & Marketing Support
- Support Taiwan and Greater China customer events, seminars, executive visits, and internal activities.
- Coordinate marketing logistics, venues, vendors, and onsite support.
Business Operations Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to support business processes.
- Assist with documentation management, contract routing, vendor onboarding, and compliancerelated workflows.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office administration, compliance, operations, or a related function
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Experience working in a regulated business environment preferred
