Role Overview
As the
People Operations & Talent Sourcer in our Taipei office, you will play a key dual role in supporting both our people and our workplace. You'll oversee daily office operations, ensure a productive and welcoming environment, and provide administrative and employee support. At the same time, you'll actively contribute to our growth by sourcing and engaging top talent across different departments.
You'll collaborate closely with the global People Operations and Talent teams to ensure alignment with company-wide processes, standards, and culture, helping us build a thriving and efficient workplace.
Key responsibilities:
Office & Facility Management
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy and organized manner
- Ensure the office is well-organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Oversee office maintenance with building management when necessary
- Manage office leases, contracts, and relationships with vendors and service providers
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure the office complies with local workplace health and safety regulations
- Maintain emergency procedures and act as the main point of contact for any onsite issues
Administrative & Operational Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests from employees
- Implement and maintain administrative processes, including travel coordination, meeting logistics, and supplies management
- Budget management for events, office supplies, office/construction works, etc
- Travel cost/budget management
Employee Experience & Culture
- Create a welcoming and productive work environment that aligns with our company culture
- Support onboarding by ensuring new hires have the necessary equipment, workspace, and resources
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and celebrations to foster engagement and collaboration
- Oversee service agreements with third-party providers, including cleaning, security, and maintenance
Requirements
What makes you a great fit:
- Experience: 3+ years in office management, administration, or operations, preferably in a fast-growing company with multiple legal entities
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with office management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
- Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify and address workplace challenges
- Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
