Responsibilities:
- Account Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and technical support.
- Project Coordination:Lead discussions with clients regardingNew Model development, ensuring all technical specifications and timelines are met.
- Commercial Management:Manage theRFQ (Request for Quotation)process, including cost calculation, proposal submission, and price negotiations.
- Change Management:Coordinate and implementMinor Changesto existing products, ensuring seamless transitions between the client and internal production teams.
- Cross-functional Liaison:Work closely with the R&D, Quality, and Production departments to align client requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sDegreeinEngineering(Mechanical,Industrial,Automotive,orarelatedfield).
- Minimum5yearsofexperienceintheAutomotiveOEMindustry.
- ProvenexperienceinhandlingRFQs,NewModellaunches,andEngineeringChanges.
- LanguageSkills:ProficiencyinEnglish(writtenandspoken)isrequired.ProficiencyinMandarinisasignificantadvantage.
- Mobility:Mustpossessavaliddrivinglicenseandownapersonalcarforclientvisits.
- Strongnegotiation,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyinafast-pacedenvironment.
