ODM Department Manager (Computer-on-Module BU)

We are currently seeking an ODM Product Department Manager for our Computer-on-Module product line. The role requires understanding of product lifecycle management and coordination of all aspects of customized project, ensuring its successful execution within defined timelines and budgets. As a Product Department Manager, you will also have the opportunity to define project engagement strategy, identify market opportunities and work together with team members to drive the successful execution of product development.

Job Description:

1. Key project RFP/RFQ/RFI evaluation and response, including cost structure analysis, pricing strategies.
2. Lead on internal kick-off proposal and reporting. It includes ROI review, business scope explanation and technical risk assessment.
3. Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers. Continuously review and optimize execution processes to maximum ROI and reduce project technical risks.
4. NPI process management.
5. Annual COM ODM department budget planning review, align with company goal.
6. Cross-function team communication and set right expectation.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above, at least 8 years of professional experience in Computer related field.

2. Preferred EE or ME education background.

3. Strong teamwork, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

4. Fluent in both spoken and written English.

5. Self-motivated to learn new technologies and participate in new market trend, and the ability to work under fast cadence.
