OCM Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end organizational change management and training workstream for Client's Wave 2 SAP S/4HANA rollout.
• Own integrated training planning, role-based curriculum readiness, training content governance, trainer enablement, end-user training operations, completion tracking, and adoption readiness across phased deployments.
• Coordinate client stakeholders, functional and technical SMEs, local business teams, trainers, and the offshore Training Development CoE to ensure users are prepared before cutover and supported through stabilization.
• Support the phased Wave across impacted entities
• Operate across mobilization, readiness, training governance, go-live preparation, hypercare, adoption reinforcement and sustainment through the program lifecycle.
• Translate deployment milestones, business process changes and role impacts into executable learning journeys, training schedules and readiness evidence.
• Work within an advisory and enablement-oriented OCM scope while actively coordinating dependencies with the SAP build team, BPOs, SMEs, local business teams, LMS owners and deployment leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in completion tracking and adoption readiness across phased deployments.
• Experience coordinating client stakeholders, functional and technical SMEs, local business teams, trainers, and offshore Training Development CoE.
