Key Responsibilities
- Ensure integrated health services (e.g. physical examination, immunization, EAP, Health Risk Assessment and Medical assistance for international business traveler etc.) and corporate health programs being implemented
- Arrange and manage site occupational health surveillance program
- Arrange and assist Occupational Hazards communication
- Support pandemic and epidemic team to respond and manage pandemics and epidemics
- Implement and conduct employee health promotion and education programs; OH/OM training
- Provide case management for occupational injuries and illness and Early Pain Reporting cases
- As a medical function team member, assist to communicate and deal with day to day medical related cases (e.g. fitness for duty assessment, case referral, medical emergency response and first aid treatment etc.)
- Assist First Aid training and maintain First Aid Kits.
- Manage disability and medical absence cases
- Coordinate and support health care providers to deal with IHS matters
- Analyze data and run reports on medical or occupational medical issues
- Keep complete, comprehensive, legible, professional medical records
- Evaluate published national health legislation and assess compliance needs
- Manage third party vendors related to medical and health services
- Do administrative work (translation, vendor arrangement, meeting management, data input, Workday data etc.)
- Extended sick leaves process management –(contacting employees to submit medical certificates, documentation for approving extended leaves, liaising with the company doctor(s), make return programs and provide guidance to managers when the leave employees return to work. )
- Take part in site Crisis Management team, ER team or other occupational health related committees
Qualifications
- Medical or Occupational health related background, bachelor's degree, college diploma at least
- State Registered Nurse/ Occupational Nurse
- Working experience in corporate health management, occupational health or occupational medicine is preferred
- Team player, solid communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Adequate computer skills
- Basic knowledge of requirements of Labor Law, Code of Occupational Disease Prevention, Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Surveillance and other relevant rule of law are preferred
- Willingness/ability to learn
