The Role:
The Occupational Health/Safety Engineer is responsible for implementing and managing health and safety goals as determined by Global Health and Safety leadership. The role involves developing and executing occupational health programs to ensure compliance with Country/Region regulations
Your Contribution:
- Ensure that all occupational health activities comply with legal and Logitech requirements.
- Plan and implement prevention programs for occupational injury and disease.
- Manage employee health check-ups and maintain related records.
- Develop First Aid processes, emergency treatment, and health consultation while maintaining medical supplies.
- Contribute to WPS team activities supporting Logitech operations.
- Handle any other occupational health-related tasks assigned by the company.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an occupational health nurse in a multinational organization.
- Experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing techniques, anatomy, occupational medicine, industrial hygiene, and occupational safety.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Traditional), both spoken and written.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Service-oriented mindset to provide professional support to the business.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growth environment and meet customer expectations.
- General injuries and occupational incident/illness processing.
- Counseling psychologist license and related experience (preferred).
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed, less than 10% per month.
