About this team

As an NSO Analyst, Planning and Inventory Management, you oversee inventory planning and movement for the Openings and Optimizations (O&O) portfolio across APAC. This includes new stores, renovations, relocations, conversions, pop-ups, and test-and-learn retail concepts. You bring an analytical, product-focused lens to cross-functional workstreams, ensuring each store is set up for success with the right product, at the right time, in the right quantities - all while upholding brand standards, capacity, and visual merchandising principles.


A day in the life
  • Project Management & Inventory Analysis for all O&O project types, including New Store Openings, Renovations, Relocations, Temporary Spaces, Expansions and Pop-Ups.
  • Forecast and implement opening inventory targets based on project strategy, sales expectations, market nuances, and seasonality.
  • Set up Core and seasonal inventory with the appropriate mix based on sales contribution, destination/fixture capacities and minimum presentations.
  • Manage assortment and inventory parameters in Anaplan (breadth, FDOD, lifecycle, replenishment).
  • Review and optimize inventory targets (unit capacity, cc targets, depth, core vs. seasonal mix) by division and class.
  • Run regular reporting and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across your project portfolio.
  • Manage post-opening inventory levels, reacting to business needs and store-specific performance in a timely and effective way.
  • Support store consolidation analysis and maintenance strategies to optimize inventory health.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Store Planning, Planning, RBE, Retail Ops, DCs, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and test-and-learn initiatives based on evolving business needs.
  • Provide ongoing elevated inventory support for a small portfolio of high-volume and brand-important stores, ensuring these stores are set up for success from launch through ongoing inventory operations.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years working experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Elevated analytical skills with the ability to build advanced tools and solutions strong passion for data and systems. Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI, SQL, and Power Query are assets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to build logic and checks into reporting and tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and resourceful - able to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent change
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a project-based environment with multiple timelines and deliverables
