Job Description

SRE Manager

The company is a fast-growing B2B technology service provider offering mission-critical communication solutions. The platform supports a large and diverse customer base, requiring consistently high reliability, strong security standards, and robust operational practices.

This role leads the SRE team to safeguard platform stability, performance, and security, while driving modern SRE practices, operational excellence, and continuous architectural improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Planning & Optimization

  • Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, automated recovery, disaster recovery, and CI/CD systems.
  • Improve infrastructure architecture and system operation processes.
  • Provide technical metrics and insights to support business and operational decisions.

2. Incident Response & Technical Support


  • Lead troubleshooting of major incidents and root-cause analysis.
  • Oversee operations workflows, ticket handling, and service processes.
  • Respond to customer audits and ensure ongoing security and compliance.

3. Team Leadership


  • Lead and develop the SRE/Operations team.
  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and guide talent growth.

Requirements


  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing a team of :10 people (covering private cloud and infrastructure operations).
  • Strong knowledge of on-premise data centers, private cloud environments, system administration, and databases.
  • Hands-on SRE experience or background in operating large-scale B2B platforms is a strong plus.
