Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience with supply/demand planning and accounting/finance.
  • Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with rack, server, advanced cooling solution development.
  • Experience leading or collaborating for product launch and process optimization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
  • Ability to shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking, and customizing communications based on the audience.
  • Ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis for business proposal, supply chain design, and supply risk mitigation.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization, and excellent investigative and communication/facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production handoff, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful handoff for the infrastructure product group (rack, power module, and cooling solutions).
  • Identify, communicate and manage supply chain risks and mitigation plans to ensure materials readiness for NPI builds as well as supply continuity into production. Be the primary materials liaison with ODM/contract manufacturer/suppliers, manage spend against project budgets, and manage large production risk buys and strategic buffers.
  • Develop and document global supply chain map for each product, including suppliers, procurement model, lead time, shipment logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment model, and spares strategies.
  • Update project schedules, communicate status, risks and influence change, and represent the NPI, supply chain organization in internal program meetings, driving initiatives and process improvements.
