NPI Supply Chain (Material Management) (Taiwan)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Serve as the primary contact for material support during NPI stages, leading internal and external discussions on supply chain issues that may impact project timelines.

Oversee material readiness for PCBA sub-tiers, server/rack-level components, and manufacturing fixtures.

Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and cross-functional teams on specifications and material-related topics throughout NPI phases.

Prepare and present regular CTB reports to project stakeholders and external customers; drive inventory control and E&O claims.

Review BOMs to identify and escalate sourcing challenges; proactively partner with sourcing teams and vendors to mitigate risks.

Monitor and manage budgets and NRE costs from a supply chain perspective during NPI development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years related purchasing/supply chain experience. NPI project management experience is PLUS.

Great business communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking and solution-oriented, ability to work under pressure.

Proven negotiation skills and solid knowledge of production and scheduling

processes.

Ability to work in dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced, challenging environment.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
