Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as part of Global TKM Readiness Team
  • Lead and management new TKM(Total Kit Managment) opportunities and evaluation projects from initiation through production readiness.
  • Serve as the primary TKM project manager, coordinating cross-functional teams including Spares Business Unit, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Services, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, etc.,
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating regular project meetings, tracking action items, and resolving roadblocks.
  • Identify project risks, assess business impact, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure that critical project deliverables are completed on schedule while maintaining quality and customer expectations.
  • Manage customer evaluation program and communicate status, key decisions, risks, and escalation items to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely completion of evaluations deliverables and customer commitments.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support customer evaluations, product qualifications, and readiness activities.
  • Coordinate project priorities across multiple regions and functions while balancing business needs and resource constraints.
  • Continuously improve project management processes, governance, and execution efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of project or program management experience in a high-tech manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multi stakeholders across global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI), product evaluation, qualification, and commercialization processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
  • Experience working with global regions is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts, build alignment, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project planning skills with a focus on execution and results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) for project planning, data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
