Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the deployment of officers across different wards and work patterns
- Work closely with ward supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient ward operations
- Ensure sufficient stocks and supplies are available for smooth daily operations
- Oversee officers to ensure patients nutrition and dietary requirements are properly met
- Provide guidance and support to officers while ensuring operational requirements are followed
- Work closely with the team and build strong working relationships with staff across different levels
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives
- Take directions and guidance from the Manager and implement operational requirements effectively
- Handle other ad hoc duties and operational matters as required
Job Requirements:
- Possess a min Degree in related studies.
- Takes initiative and be able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong operations and people-management skills
- Excellent service mindset with strong attention to detail
