Job summary:
We are looking for a growth‑driven commercial leader who can inspire clients to act with confidence. You will shape and sell growth consultancy and growth solutions that help FMCG manufacturers and retailers
You will engage prospects early, understand what their growth plans are or form a point of view on what their growth plans should be, and guide prospects toward long‑term partnerships powered by our world‑class consumer panel data.
What You'll Do
In a typical week, you will:
- Identify and meet senior decision-makers at our prospects.
- You will need to be comfortable leading Discovery sessions, adapting the nature of the conversation to the audience you will be meeting e.g. trade/sales, marketing
- Reflect on your discovery sessions and form a point of view on how the prospects business could grow
- Identify the right framework to deliver compelling proposals. This framework will cover:
- The growth story: compelling business value
- The data and solutions to unlock it
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and driving predictable growth.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure flawless delivery of our growth solutions
- Represent Worldpanel at industry events and within professional networks to generate demand and elevate market presence.
What You'll Bring
- A commercial, curious mindset with the courage to offer a strong growth‑focused points of view.
- Experience sharing your point of view with C-suite clients. This experience can come from a trade/sales and/or marketing and/or agency background
- Proven experience as a sales hunter and an ability to drive strategic sales cycles and close business.
- A good understanding of the FMCG and trade landscape in Taiwan
- A track record of exceeding revenue targets through strong client partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills—you'll be a storyteller, influencer, and trusted growth advisor.
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant agency/sales experience
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
