Work content:

1. Participate in industry-leading and iconic multiple innovation projects, including AI applications, intelligent underwriting, customer experience optimization, etc., independently plan and execute innovative projects, from regulatory interpretation, benefit assessment to process design, and collaborate across departments to promote the project online
2. Use data acquisition and analysis capabilities to gain insight into customer satisfaction, underwriting efficiency and risk management, and become a professional think tank for company decision-making and process optimization
3. Personally participate in the optimization of the mobile insurance application process, combined with actual business needs and system integration, so that customers and salespeople can have the ultimate experience, effectively reducing the note rate

Working conditions:

1. New contract in the insurance industry 7 years or more or new contract planning experience 5 years or more

2. Have experience in independent project execution and project management, and be familiar with regulatory review and benefit assessment processes

3. Proficient in data analysis (such as Excel, SQL, BI tools), able to quickly handle complex and temporary data requirements

4. Possess process optimization, system planning and integration capabilities, and can promote digital improvements

5. Open-minded, brave to face challenges, value teamwork, and look forward to growing with partners

6. Love exploring new technologies or new ideas, and have the courage to try industrial innovation projects
