Work content
1. Plan and implement new contract operation projects, new product system related pre-production and maintenance operations to ensure the normal operation of the system functions of the new contract operation, improve operational efficiency, and achieve company goals.
2. Planning and testing related operations related to the launch of new products to facilitate the system to support underwriting and review related functions and ensure that various system operations comply with legal compliance requirements.
3. Maintain and test the new contract operating system and eliminate system problems to ensure normal system maintenance.
4. Execute new contract and cross-department related project planning and operations
5. Undertake regular and temporary statistical table requirements
Working conditions
1. More than five years of work experience, experience in planning new contract and new product systems in the insurance industry is preferred
2. University graduates from business, management or insurance related majors
3. Familiar with Office (Word/Excel/Power point), preferably with experience in Power BI development
4. Professional knowledge/ability: Have good logical thinking, analysis and problem-solving abilities to plan a complete service model and process
5. Have good stress tolerance, empathy, clear logical thinking and expression skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things good teamwork, active communication and coordination.
