Job Responsibilities 1.Knowledge on Next Generation Sequencing business domain 2.Business strategy & operation excellence consultant role to guide new business teams to develop a long term business to achieve growth vision. 3.Identify short-term and long-term business development priorities, track key performance metrics to promote accountability 4.Identify when the business misses performance targets and develop improvement plans, strategy reshape and/or techniques to expand the business 5.Arrange training sessions to educate business leaders, teach skills and promote professional development so they can better manage the new business 6.Produce expert level periodical market intelligent reports and updates on building automation domain 7.Incubate & development new business ideas including formation of the start-up team Qualification 1.Overall working experiences: 10 years with at least 5 years of NGS-related business development experience 2.Executive coaching & team facilitation skill: experience in strategic planning, leadership development, problem-solving, conflict resolution, team building & organizational change 3.Consulting experience preferred. 4.Start-up experience a plus. 5.Excellent English proficiency in business writing & communication 6.Master degree required. Engineering background a plus but not a must.
